"No Kelli, carry the show, not *me*!"
Smash considers a new logo and overall show direction.
Peter and the Starcatcher recently opened to mostly favorable reviews, but if you haven't gotten tickets yet, you've got a chance to see it free for any performance before June 1st.

Just as Peter and the Starcatcher is a prequel to Peter Pan, what else do you think would make worthy prequel as a Broadway show?
Contest ends at 6pm on May 1st. Good luck!
When I last saw "Peter and the Starcatcher" at NYTW, it had two things going for it:
- The handmade-style theatricalism (someone's fist represents a doorknob, a flying cat is obviously on a fishing pole) that felt sweetly at home in its off-Broadway setting
- Christian Borle as the pirate "Black Stache".
The second of these two was actually out filming the pilot for Smash when I saw it off-Broadway. Regardless, I had loved this Off-Broadway prequel to Peter Pan and although I still recommend after the uptown move (particularly with Borle back), the Brooks Atkinson Theatre unfortunately doesn't have the intimacy that this play deserves.

We're, like, days away from a Tranny SMASH stageshow, aren't we.
