Me and my HDA partner are doing you script of dirty rotten scoundrels. We were wondering if you had the copy rights to it or an original copy of the script.

A google search for HDA provided the following:Hispanic Dental AssociationHeavy Duty AftermarketHenry Dreyfuss AssociatesHigh Definition AudioHolistic Dental AssociationHawaii Dental AssociationHemispherical Deflection AnalyzerHunt Dabney & Associatesand a lot of other companies called "HDA" which did not offer any explanation of what the letters meant.So, I think the two most obvious guesses would be: HDA is some big secret that people involved are not allowed to tell... or he's probably a dentist.

I assumed he (she? it?) was for Forensics (Public Speaking Forensics, not Dead Animal forensics). But try as my might, HNational DForensics Association is probably a stretch.

HDA stands for Humorous Duet Acting. It is an event for Speech (Forensics) which is a competitive sport in high school and some colleges.
